Joel here, founder and lead designer at Feather Three.

This world-wide pandemic sucks, there are no two ways about it. Admittedly, you probably didn't need a clothing store to tell you that, but it's true nonetheless: I give a shirt about this stuff.

Depending on your personality, you either laughed or held back an urge to punch me through your screen for that pun. To those of you in the latter group, thank you for your restraint!

The world of production and small business continues despite this virus, albeit with modifications. This is a good thing since, hopefully, the continuation of business will help the global economy to rise back up once this has all blown over.

I'm keeping the digital doors open during this time, and I'm happy to continue the quality shirts with fun designs you've come to expect. Here's what I'm doing to keep things both safe and afloat:

  • Implementing Gift Cards! If you've been thinking about getting someone a gift or would simply like to support Feather Three in a nice way through this economically difficult time, Gift cards are a great option!
  • Quarantine-Themed Designs. I haven't rolled them out yet, but I'm working on a few fun designs to commemorate this difficult time. Stay tuned in the coming weeks.
  • Slower Fulfillment Times. In order to keep everyone safe and because the delivery system in the US (as well as internationally) is quite full right now, you'll likely see fulfillment times increase from what Feather Three has typically been able to deliver.
  • Unique Products... I haven't confirmed the details yet, but I'm working on some unique, hand-made products that you may see on Feather Three in the next few weeks. If I can pull it off, these will be limited-edition and fun for everyone involved!

Feather Three's product production partner, Printful, has implemented worker and customer safety procedures to keep everyone safe. This includes:

  • Use of PPE equipment
  • Voluntary work basis (Employees are not required to work, asked to stay home if ill or concerned)
  • Social Distancing implemented in the factories
  • Following all WHO and CDC guidelines
  • For more, click here.

This results in:

  • Limited availability of some products. They'll read SOLD OUT on the site until they're able to re-open those production divisions.
  • Slower Fulfillment Times. As noted above, with reduced staff and capacities and new sanitization measures, fulfillment times will be longer than standard.

If you have any concerns about this, please don't hesitate to reach out via the contact form or on social media!

Lastly, if you've got any great quarantine pictures wearing F3 gear, I'd love to see them! It helps to lighten the mood and is fun for everyone, at least in my opinion.

Stay strong dancers, we'll get through this together!
